Terms & Conditions – Buyback & Exchange Policy

We value the trust you place in us. To ensure transparency, please read the following terms carefully regarding our Lifetime Exchange and Buyback Policy for Gold, Diamonds, Precious & Semi-Precious Stones, and Birthstones.

General Requirements

For any Lifetime Exchange or Buyback request, the following must be provided:

• Original Product
• Original/Copy of Invoice
• Product Certificate (If any)

Gold Jewellery

• Buyback will be calculated based on the prevailing gold rate at the time of request.
• Making charges, wastage, taxes, and discounts mentioned in the original invoice shall be deducted.
• Local taxes and payment gateway/card charges will be applicable and deducted from the final settlement.

Diamond Jewellery

• GIA certified diamond value will be calculated based on rapnet rate, less discount at the time of purchased.
• Non certified diamond value at actual, Gold value at prevailing rate.
• Making charges, wastage, taxes, discounts and card charges (if paid) from the original invoice shall be deducted.

Precious & Semi-Precious Stones

• The value of stones will be paid as per sales invoice.
• Making charges, wastage, taxes, discounts and card charges (if paid) from the original invoice shall be deducted.

Birth stones

• Advance payment is required for all custom or special order.
• At the time of return 100% money will be refunded as per sales invoice after deducting taxes, discounts and card payment charges (if paid).
